Meet The
Team

Meet the team that makes Cochran Dickie different to other Estate Agents.

Curtis Chisholm

Co-Founder Director

Incredibly I am entering my twentieth year as an estate agent, working for a corporate brand before creating Cochran Dickie Estate Agency in 2010 along with Iain. I have predominantly worked in the Renfrewshire area since opening the business, but I have knowledge of surrounding areas given my years in the industry. I am very ambidextrous when it comes to the type of property I like! Characterful and stylish would be the house styles I excel in but of course this could be a sandstone home or a second-floor apartment! My passion is selling property and matching people with their next home.

Iain Storrie

Co-Founder Director

Co Founder of the business in 2010 Iain brings 16 years of estate agency experience in the Scottish property market. After working for a large corporate agent Iain and Curtis decided that they wanted to create a business to provide property owners with a selling experience that they felt could only be provided by an independent agent. They have grown the company since 2010 to now be the largest agency in Renfrewshire selling homes at all levels of the market. Iain has a detailed knowledge of traditional homes in Paisley having been involved with a large proportion of the transactions of sandstone properties and desirable tenement flats. He has a street by street knowledge of where sells best and why. Iain enjoys all aspects of helping sellers and buyers find their next property whatever that may be and giving the right advice on what will help you achieve the best price for your property.

Clare Chisholm

Branch Negotiator

I’ve been with CDEA for over 12 years now!

Ask me anything about Renfrewshire Villages and Kilmacolm, although I have successfully sold in Edinburgh, Stirling, Arran and even England!

I love the diversity of the homes we sell, having lived in properties of various eras I can easily relate to any style.

Selling is exciting but passing on a home to a new owner to make new memories is the nicest feeling.

Ruby Alexandra

Negotiator & Marketing Manager

Working in the industry for over 6 years, all of which within Cochran Dickie (I’ve come a long way from making the coffees!)

Having lived in many Renfrewshire areas all my life, my local knowledge ranges from Renfrewshire to Kilmacolm.

I love a 70’s house – even when they’re dated the potential is so great!

Katie Hislop

Negotiator

I have been in the industry for 19 years, joining Cochran Dickie Estate Agency in 2016.

Paisley is my forte however my sales are particularly focused on the Ralston, Glasgow Rd and Greenlaw Areas.

My favourite house styles would be traditional, however regardless of the style of property, value of property, every client receives the best attention of service.

I enjoy selling property, helping my clients as this is usually one of the most important things that they will do.

Stacey Dempster

Sales Assistant

In 2010 I joined the Cochran Dickie Solicitors before not long after, moving to the estate agency, where I am today.

Ask me anything about Paisley and the surrounding!

Traditional style houses/flats with high ceilings, original features will always have a soft spot for me, however I love looking at different styles. It’s great to meet new clients and see their lovely homes.
